Bridge Point Auburn 200 is a 203,127 square foot speculative concrete tilt-up distribution center. Currently under construction, the 11.47 acre site was previously owned by Supervalu and has since been unoccupied. With several partially demolished building left onsite, the redevelopment process includes environmental remediation. When completed, the new class-A industrial building will have a 32’ clear height, 33 dock-high and 3 drive-in doors, concrete truck courts up to 280’, an 8,127 square foot office, and 114 parking stalls. This project is due for completion at the end of this year.
