The 108,779 square foot Lynnwood The Home Depot
Located on a recessed site north of the Alderwood Mall complex, a 158,000 cubic foot underground cast-in-place concrete storm vault was constructed. To complete the interior slab of the retail building, the project team completed six interior slab pours in the enclosed building.
Structurally, the retail store was constructed using CMU and brick formliner insulated concrete tilt-up panels. Deliveries are serviced through 4 dock-high and 4 drive-in grade doors.
The completed project featured a 6,200 square foot office, a 25,200 square foot garden center and 327 parking spaces.
