DSE8 Delivery Station
Project Description
Sierra Construction completed the build-to-suit DSE8, a 118,515 square foot concrete tilt-up delivery station on a 30 acre Port of Bremerton site.
The 36’ clear height building has a 7.5” slab on-grade pad. Scope of work included a 12,100 square foot office build-out. DSE8 has a 58,000 square foot van loading canopy, with 11 overhead truck dock doors and 6 high-speed overhead doors.
Due to the proximity to the Bremerton airport, special coordination with the airport manager and FAA for temporary and permanent permitting.
The 30 acre site has pervious pavement parking stalls, 250 roughed-in electric vehicle charging stations, and a 72,000 square foot infiltration gallery.
