The fourth building to be completed in Arlington, WA's Gayteway Business Park, Building F is a 117,360 square foot speculative concrete tilt up with a 30' clear height.
In 2023, a tenant improvement was completed for Quantum Windows & Doors, a local design and manufacturing company of wood, clad and steel windows and doors.

• 2,995 square foot storage mezzanine
• 1,055 square foot showroom
• 81,821 square feet of manufacturing workspaces, including paint and sanding booths
