Partners Crackers
Project Description
In 2017, Sierra completed a tenant improvement project for Partners Crackers within the 150,000 spec-built Building 3A in the Des Moines Creek Business Park.
Building 3A featured a 30' clear height. Tenant build-out included a 9,711 square foot office with a 2,966 storage mezzanine, 37,591 square feet of warehouse food storage, as well as 102,698 square feet of manufacturing space. manufacturing and food storage spaces. Within the manufacturing space, areas feature strictly gluten free equipment, as well as two, 6,000 square foot fully conditioned dough rooms. These are clean areas, with attached wash rooms and cold storage rooms.
This project received LEED Silver Certification.
