Project Description
The third building to be constructed in the new industrial development, Building G in the Gayteway Business Park was built for Himalayan Corporation; the company known for the Himalayan Dog Chews.
The 117,000 square foot building would become the company’s new manufacturing and distribution center. The 5,890 square foot office build-out was complete with open office, showroom, gym, daycare and breakrooms. The warehouse is broken into various manufacturing areas for cooking, drying, packaging, finished good storage, and ingredient storage. The building has 21 dock doors, 2 drive in doors, and a 30′ clear height.
Buildings B and C of the Gayteway Business Park were completed in 2020. The 54 acre site was formerly home to Northwest Hardwoods and the Weyerhaeuser log mill.
