Roosevelt Manor

Project Description

Located in the Roosevelt neighborhood of North Seattle, the original 4-story Roosevelt Manor apartment building was built in 1960 and demolished in 2024. 

The new, 8-story Roosevelt Manor will be constructed on a combination of the original and neighboring lots, totaling 15,176 square feet. The building will be unique in the fact that it features two outdoor covered living areas, in addition to a 927 square foot rooftop patio. Other tenant amenities will include a golf simulator and ground-floor gym, pet areas, tenant storage units and bike storage. Units include 137 apartment units in studio, urban 1-bedroom, 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans, with some featuring private decks and patios. Units on levels 4-8 will also feature CLT ceilings. 

This project us due for completion at the end of 2027.
