Project Description
Completed in 2021, the Casting Operations project was a 78,880 square foot build-to-suit for a confidential tenant. The finished, specialized rocket engine component and casting facility included a 5,500 square foot office build-out, a 16’ deep cast-in-place pit built to accommodate manufacturing equipment, and 47,200 square feet of manufacturing space.
The finished building also included two dock-high and three at-grade overhead doors.
