Project Description

This 200,000 square foot build-to-suit distribution center was completed in 2011 for regional distributor Harbor Wholesale Grocery, and was the first building in Teutsch Partners’ Hawks Prairie III Corporate Park in Lacey, WA. 

The building’s two story, 25,000 square foot office featured high end finishes - including tile floors, wainscot and granite countertops. Office spaces included sound proof conference rooms, break rooms, locker rooms, open and enclosed offices. 

Five separate cold storage rooms totaled over 35,500 square feet and included: 

• 6,820 SF 34° loading dock
• 13,636 SF -10° freezer
• 10,850 SF 34° cooler
• 1,328 SF produce room
• 2,958 SF -20° ice cream freezer

The building also included 127,387 square feet of ambient storage, complete with racking and conveyance systems. Advanced building systems include T-8 Orion Lighting Control System in the 36’ clear warehouse, FM 200 chemical fire suppression system and Liebert Environmental control system in the server room.
