Project Description

Located less than 1.5 miles from I-5 access in Woodland, Washington, the Woodland Industrial Park broke ground in the summer of 2025. Two speculative buildings are being constructed on the 66 acre site, totaling 931,186 square feet. 

Building West: 655,094 square feet and a 40' clear height

Building East: 276,092 square feet and a 36' clear height
