Project Description
This project included the partial demolition and re-construction of an old 157,000 square foot Office Max distribution center, to be repurposed as an Amazon Fresh distribution center. Our work consisted of re-pouring 46,834 square feet of concrete slab, added footings, 12 new dock pits and 2,118 linear feet of CIP interior curbs. Specific to this job was a freezer and meat room which consisted of a 4” sub-slab, R-30 Foamular rigid insulation and a 6” concrete floor slab with a hard troweled finish.
