This Queen Anne mixed use project is a 34 unit, three story apartment building with two levels of parking garage. The ground level is dedicated for retail with two residential floors and a 9,500 square foot green roof with 2,145 square foot roof deck. CVS Pharmacy is the main commercial tenant, occupying 16,000 square feet on the main floor. Delivery loading considerations were taken, which required the design to accommodate a pre-existing alley that separates the project from Tribeca Condos. Finishes include glass awnings, mural panels louvers and cement board.
