Project Description
The scope of this Georgetown project included speculative tenant improvement work in 3 of the 7 tenant spaces in a former Sears Service Center warehouse. Previously held by Sears before shuttering in 2017, the three spaces are each approximately 30,000 SF. The speculative office build-outs in the corner of each tenant space range between 1,000-3,000SF and each contain separate rest rooms, break areas, conference rooms, as well as open office space.
Unit #1 featured 12’ tall steel skinned pre-fabbed moveable wall panels, and Unit #2 featured an exposed wood framed ceiling structure.
Exterior improvements included new storefronts, a concrete ramp, and new glass sectional overhead doors.
