CenterPoint Seattle is a new industrial development located on the Duwamish Waterway in Tukwila, Washington.
This speculative 414,528 square foot building has a dual sided dock loading, a 40' clear height, 111 dock-high and 4 grade-level loading doors.The site also has 313 vehicle and 60 trailer stalls.
Demolition of multiple pre-existing structures began September 2021 on the 24 acre site.
