Project Description
The Harvest project in Woodinville has reshaped a site that had been in limbo for over a decade.
The first phase of the new 20 acre Harvest development broke ground in 2022 for The Yard - a 3.73 acre, six building commercial hub which would eventually become the heart of the development.
Sitework included excavation and export of soils to construct 657 parking stalls over 3 underground levels. The P1 parking and retail share street level access. As you climb the stairs to the structural concrete central public plaza, guests are surrounded by 1-2 story commercial structures featuring a variety of businesses.
The six buildings within The Yard are a variety of sizes and features to accommodate a diverse array of commercial tenants.

- Building 4: 14,500 square feet
- Building 5: 7,000 square feet
- Building 6: 54,000 square feet
- Building 7: 25,000 square feet plus roof deck
- Building 8: 26,000 square feet
At the time of its completion in September, 2026, businesses include Avennia, Grosgrain, Vaunt Gallery, Cascade Cliffs, Brass Steak & Seafood, Enoteca, Lachini and Cactus.
