ImagiCorp
Project Description
This project was a build-to-suit for ImagiCorps, a full-service experiential marketing agency in Seattle that specializes in the design, engineering, fabrication and installation of retail experiences and branded environments.
The project included the concrete tilt-up construction of a 47,000 square foot building with a 13,000 square foot 2-story office, with the remaining square footage broken into warehouse, a 7,000 square foot workshop, structural mezzanine with additional office space, and additional workshop space.
An open design-concept makes the trusses and glu-lam beams visible from first and second floors. This project also included some unique architectural features at the entry, including a concrete tilt-up water feature.
