Being constructed on 82 acres in Kelso, WA, adjacent to Interstate 5, the Mid I-5 Industrial Park project is well underway.
Breaking ground summer of 2023, the project includes the construction of a 1,185,600 square foot speculative industrial building. Mid I-5 will have a 40’ clear height, over 200 dock doors, and 800+ auto and trailer parking stalls. There is also expansion potential on an additional 18 acres for yard space or additional parking.
