Project Description

Completed in Building 2 of the LogistiCenter at Pacific Gateway, the Architectural Surfaces tenant improvement project included shell upgrades as well as a complete office/showroom build out. 

With a 30' clear height, the warehouse space would be utilized for the company’s granite, PentalQuartz, soapstone and marble slabs. Improvements to this space included three new pitted mechanical levelers and a recessed dock in Bay 4.

The 2,090 square foot high end showroom and office build-out was completed in addition to the original speculative 2,650 square foot office.
