Project Description
This 29,277 square foot project included the shell only construction of a local Portland grocery store. The exterior features CMU Block in a combined split-faced and smooth block pattern. The roof structure was a wood corded/metal web rolled truss and roofing material included 60 mil. TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) with an Invisiweld mechanically attached system using heat inducted welding tools. Other elements of the project included metal canopies, concrete and paving along with site landscaping. Green screens were also installed along the west end of the building, as well as architectural carrot sculptures by artist Ivan McClean.
