Project Description
Known as Project Silver during construction, a 349,080 square foot tenant improvement was completed in 2020 for C&S Wholesale Grocers in Troutdale, OR.
Within the warehouse area, a 75,000 square foot IMP enclosed cooler was completed for cold food storage. Additional warehouse build-outs included two remote steel mezzanine office, 36' high racking and a maintenance bay. 825 linear feet of exterior canopy was also installed over active dock doors. Beyond that, a 14,000 square foot office build-out included open office floor and individual offices, break and conference rooms, as well as shipping and receiving areas.
The Cubes at Troutdale was originally built as a speculative concrete tilt-up warehouse for CRG Real Estate. The project broke ground on sitework in the summer of 2018, which involved a 5’ tall building pad surcharge. Once the pad was cleared, work on the aggregate piers and spread footings began January 2019. The final building is 349,080 square feet, has 84 dock and 4 drive in doors, and a 36’ clear height inside the first column line.
