Project Description
Traxx Apartments is a six-story mixed use apartment building just north of the recently completed Terrace Station East and Terrace Station West in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.
In total, Traxx will have 210 units, including both open 1 bedroom, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Level 1 includes 3,600 square feet of outdoor and 14,000 square feet of indoor commercial space, leasing offices, as well as common area. The finished structure will also have almost 5,000 square feet of roof deck.
This project is due for completion in Q4 of 2023.
