Project Description
High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, broke ground on the Versant Bellevue project in April, 2026.
Starting off with the demolition of an existing 2-story office building, the 1.65 acre site was cleared as of mid May.
The project will have 8 stories of residential units over three levels of underground parking with a total of 293 parking stalls.
With units ranging from studio to three-bedroom floorplans, 71 of the project's 351 total units will be marketed as affordable.
Tenant amenities include traditional features, such as bike storage, fitness center, mail and package rooms, tenant locker storage, as well as pet areas and coworking spaces.
This project is due for completion in Q3 2028.
