Project Description
Lift Partner's Holman renovation project included interior and exterior work of two pre-existing warehouses, totaling 389,000 square feet.
Both buildings were originally constructed around 1980. Building A is a 207,744 square feet with a unique 52' clear height, whereas Building B is 182,000 square feet with a 30' clear height.
Work began with the interior demolition of existing racking, draft curtains and pump room. MEP upgrades also required slab demo and replacement.
Sitework included security fencing, guard shack, fork lift chargers and a 202,869 square foot paved yard.
