SeaPORT Logistics Center

Project Description

SeaPORT Logistics Center is a multi-phase, 130 acre Class A Industrial development in Sumner, Washington. 

The first to be built in the development, SeaPORT Logistics Building A, broke ground in April 2015. This 333,180 square foot spec concrete-tilt up warehouse has a 32’ clear height. Sitework for the 24 acre lot included the removal of 85,000 cubic yards of surcharge material which was done in a swift two weeks. This project has 109 dock-high doors with 191 car and 20 trailer parking stalls. A tenant build-out was completed in 2015 for Helly Hensen. 

SeaPORT Logistics Building 1 is 141,000 square foot warehouse with 30 dock-high doors, 4 drive in doors and a clear height of 36’. Sitework associated with this building included the development of SeaPORT's access road and associated intersection improvements at Steward Road. This phase was completed January, 2020. 

SeaPORT Building 2 is a 268,070 square foot building on a 9.3 acre portion of the development. Located just east of Building 1, this project has 173 vehicle and 54 trailer stalls, and like Building 1, will also have a clear height of 36’. Building 2 was completed in October 2020.

SeaPORT Building 3 broke ground in early 2021, and is a 501,104 square foot building. Located just north of Building 1, this building has 86 dock-high doors, 4 at-grade doors, 290 vehicle and 67 trailer parking stalls, and a 40' clear height, built on a 21.9 acre site. Building 3 was completed in December 2021.

SeaPORT Building 4 is a 443,888 square feet. Located just east of Building 3, this building has 82 dock-high doors, 9 at-grade doors, 257 vehicle and 32 trailer parking stalls, and a 40' clear height. A 273,140 square foot tenant improvement for Helly Hansen included an 11,800 square foot office build-out featuring a custom NanaWall wood partition door, 25 dock packages including levelers and 5 HVLS fans. Building 4 was completed in April 2022. 

SeaPORT Building 5 is 443,888 square feet. Located just north of Building 4, this building has 42 dock-high doors, 4 at-grade doors, 176 vehicle and 56 trailer parking stalls, and a 40' clear height. Building 5 was completed in March 2023.

Additional future buildings are still in development.
