Project Description
Construction is underway on a build-to-suit for a private client in Auburn, WA. Located within the Auburn 18 Business Park, this project is being constructed on a 50.86 acre site and began with demolition of the pre-existing structures in Q3 2025.
The 612,000 square foot building will have a 32' clear height, 32 dock-high doors, 6 oversized coiling doors, a 13,880 square foot main office and a remote office. The site will be fully secured, and have a standalone welcome center at entry. There is also a rail element to this project.
The truck yard will feature a pre-engineered tarping structure, a truck scale, 198 trailer stalls.
This project is due for completion in early 2027.
