In April 2015 Sierra successfully completed construction of a build-to-suit concrete tilt-up addition to a pre-existing structure for Panattoni Development in the industrial area of South Seattle. The concrete tilt-up addition is 111,000 square feet attached to the existing steel frame building.
Upon tenant leasing mid construction, work was paused to accommodate light re-planning for tenant which included separating the pre-existing and new structures. Once the shell of the building was completed, Sierra also managed the tenant improvements for DCG ONE to use the newly constructed Skyline Distribution Center as a printing facility. Improvements included 22,000 square feet of mezzanine, 43,000 square feet of finished office space, metal staircase using reclaimed wood, putting up walls and finishing touches.
