Project Description

The industrial park at Prologis Meadows has been completed in multiple phases. Sierra Construction was involved in work on Lots C, F and E, plus offsite improvements to support the development.  

Lot F: Build-to-Suit EUG5

• 265,035 square foot concrete tilt up build-to-suit on 27 acre Lot F
• 17,805 square foot office build-out
• 36' clear height
• 81 dock high doors with levelers and 2 drive in doors 
• LEED Silver Certified
• Schmeer and Gertz Road enhancements including utilities, side walks and landscaping
• Completed in 2021

Lot C: Offsite Parking

• 12.2 acre lot with 272 trailer parking stalls
• Stormwater retention pond
• Completed in 2021

Lot E: Build-to-Suit SOR3

• 280,018 square foot concrete tilt up build-to-suit on 16.8 acre Lot E
• 36’ clear height
• 11,501 square foot office build-out
• 124,398 square foot robotics floor
• 50 dock-high doors with 15 levelers and 1 at-grade door
• 15 acres of cement amended soil, including the building pad
• Completed in 2022
