The Cubes at Troutdale
Project Description
The Cubes at Troutdale is a speculative concrete tilt-up warehouse being built in Troutdale, Oregon. The project broke ground on sitework in the summer of 2018, which involved a 5’ tall building pad surcharge. Once the pad was cleared, work on the aggregate piers and spread footings began January 2019. The final building is 349,080 square feet, has 84 dock and 4 drive in doors, and a 36’ clear height inside the first column line. Sierra was also contracted to complete a tenant TI at the completion of the building, which was completed Q3 2020.
