This design-build project for a national grocery chain included a 500,000 square foot concrete tilt-up shell building with a 130,000 square foot cooler, 90,000 square foot conditioned dry good area and a 20,000 square foot office. The project also included the addition of a separate 10,000 sf commercial food processing area. The project work included roofing, dock doors, dock levelers, metal studs/drywall, paint, flooring and ACT. Other work included paint, fi re sprinkler, ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fi re alarm. Sitework included landscaping, asphalt paving, fencing and concrete pavement. This project was successfully completed in the summer of 2012.
