The building is designed to be divisible to 21,922 square feet. This building will also have 28 dock-high doors and four grade level drive-thru doors. Also known as S 11th Industrial, this project is due for completion this fall.

Construction began on this 13 acre Sumner site June 2019. Building A will be 113,500 square feet with 28 dock doors, and Building B will be 110,000 square feet with 27 dock doors. The Club at the Park (known as Parkside II Apartments during construction) in the Columbia Tech Center development broke ground summer of 2017. This project consists of two, four-story slab-on-grade wood framed apartment buildings with ample at grade parking. Last Thursday held Oregon's DJC TopProjects awards event at the Oregon Convention Center- and Amazon Troutdale was named 2nd Place Winner in the Industrial Development of the Year category. Crews at Blackbird Apartments recently removed the tower crane, in preparation of the final stretch towards completion. Framing was completed in April and the building is nearly tight to the weather.  Concrete decks were poured within the lower hotel units and metal framing within the lower levels is in progress.  All unit MEP rough-ins are in progress, and teams will start stocking drywall next week. Project teams began the first tilt for Troutdale Lot 10 this week. In total, there will be 111 wall tilt-panels and 12 dock/trash enclosure panels. This week includes picking 94 during the first tilt, and the remaining 29 on the second mobilization in June. Structural steel and roof structure are to follow the conclusion of the final tilt. First Glacier Logistics Center has been completed. Work began on First Glacier Logistics in October 2018. Built with a total of 55 tilt panels, limited slab space resulted in two separate tilts to successfully close the building exterior.  This new distribution facility totals 66,000 square feet, with a 30’ clear height and sits on a 3.8 acre site.   Last week, field crews at Northwest Logistics Center completed the panel erection for Building #2, a 628,000 square foot speculative distribution building for Panattoni in DuPont, WA.  Sierra's tilt crew and NessCampbell tilted the final 80 panels in under three work days. This tilt included three nodes with overlapping architectural panels consisting of 7 ¼,” 9 ¼”  and 15 ¼” with weights from 70,000 to 180,000lbs. This was the second and final tilt for this project.
