Project Update: Project Supersonic

Project Supersonic has completed it's tilt, and will begin on roof structure in the coming days./p>

This project is national developer Scannell Properties' first project in Washington state. The speculative 125,048 square foot industrial building will have a 32' clear height, 43 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors and 123 parking stalls.

The project is being built on a previously undeveloped 15.5 acre site, just east of Paine Field off of 100th St SW in Everett, WA.
