New Project: Victory Northgate

Demolition and initial sitework has begun on GMD Development's Victory Northgate apartment project.

The 0.92 acre site in Seattle's Northgate neighborhood is within walking distance of the recently completed Northgate Light Rail Station.

When completed, Victory will provide 167 income restricted apartments, targeting families at 50-60% of area median income. Unit mix includes studio, open-one bedroom, one bedroom, two bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three bedroom floorplans. The ground floor will also provide 6,800 square feet of commercial space. A single level of underground parking will provide 77 parking stalls for residents.;

Sustainable features will include energy star rated appliances, high-efficiency building mechanical systems, windows, and insulation, low-flow plumbing components, and 90% drought-tolerant landscaping plants.

This project is due for completion in Q2 2026.
