Project Update: Bridge Point Vancouver 600

The Sierra Construction project team has completed the tilt at Bridge Point Vancouver 600.

The 647,000 square foot speculative industrial building is located on a 76 acre site just north of the Mill Plain neighborhood of Vancouver.

When completed, the speculative building will have a 40’ clear height, 166 trailer stalls, 413 parking stalls, as well as 96 dock-high and 4 drive-in doors.

This project is due for completion Q1 2025.
