Project Update: Cascade Business Park, Building 3

The project team has completed the tilt of Building 3 of the Cascade Business Park.

Building 3 is a double-loaded speculative industrial building, being constructed within Cascade Business Park in Marysville, WA.

The 307,000 square foot cross-docked warehouse will have a 36' clear height, 7 drive-in doors and 40 dock-high doors.

Built on the 29.4 acre Lot 8, this is the second building to be constructed by Sierra in North Point Development's Cascade Business Park.
