Project Completion: West Woodland Business Center


Developed by Avenue 55, this 72,820 square foot four story flex-use office building broke ground in 2018. Designed by BCRA, West Woodland was built with structural steel, concrete and masonry construction. The building has two elevators, one rated for 3,500lb and the other for 5,000lbs, to accommodate light industrial tenants on all floors. Amazon Troutdale wins at Oregon’s DJC TopProjects event


Last Thursday held Oregon's DJC TopProjects awards event at the Oregon Convention Center- and Amazon Troutdale was named 2nd Place Winner in the Industrial Development of the Year category. Project Update: Blackbird Apartments


Crews at Blackbird Apartments recently removed the tower crane, in preparation of the final stretch towards completion. Framing was completed in April and the building is nearly tight to the weather.  Concrete decks were poured within the lower hotel units and metal framing within the lower levels is in progress.  All unit MEP rough-ins are in progress, and teams will start stocking drywall next week. Project Update: The Cubes at Troutdale


Project teams began the first tilt for Troutdale Lot 10 this week. In total, there will be 111 wall tilt-panels and 12 dock/trash enclosure panels. This week includes picking 94 during the first tilt, and the remaining 29 on the second mobilization in June. Structural steel and roof structure are to follow the conclusion of the final tilt. Project Completion: First Glacier Logistics


First Glacier Logistics Center has been completed. Work began on First Glacier Logistics in October 2018. Built with a total of 55 tilt panels, limited slab space resulted in two separate tilts to successfully close the building exterior.  This new distribution facility totals 66,000 square feet, with a 30’ clear height and sits on a 3.8 acre site. Bridge expands into Kent and Sumner


Source: Bridge Development Partners has formally announced two industrial projects in Kent and Sumner. Bridge Point Kent 100 is being built on a 4.7-acre site it acquired last month for almost $5 million. The new building, at 26524 79th Ave. S., will have 97,500 square feet, with 30-foot clear heights, and 14 dock-high and two grade-level doors. Nelson is the architect, and Sierra Construction Co. is the general contractor.
