IPT Tualatin has been completed. This project included the new construction of a 157,230 square foot speculative manufacturing building on a 9 acre site along the north side of SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. The concrete tilt-up building has a 32’ clear height and has 40 overhead doors; 36 dock and 4 at-grade. The building is set up to handle up to four tenants. The completed project has 158 parking spaces.

December 27, 2018 Glacier Peak at Riverside Business Park tilted last week. The entire project includes 112 panels with 4 sheer panels. The completed building will be a 204,498 square foot distribution warehouse located along the Snohomish River in Everett with exposure to I-5. The Glacier Peak will have a 30′ clear height, 130′ concrete truck apron, 38 dock high doors, and 4 drive-in doors. December 20, 2018 First Glacier Logistics building was tilted last week in Sumner, WA. Work began on First Glacier Logistics in October 2018. Built with a total of 55 tilt panels, limited slab space resulted in two separate tilts to successfully close the building exterior. This new distribution facility will be a total of 66,000 square feet, with a 30’ clear height. First Glacier will also feature 18 exterior dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, and over 60 parking spaces. Portside 55 North in Tacoma recently tilted the second building. This phase of the Portside 55 development consists of two buildings; Building A and Building B. Building A is a 155,000 square foot building designed for future rail access. The building was tilted using 82 wall panels and 11 ramp panels, the heaviest weighting 113,300lbs. Ballard's West Woodland Business Center is taking shape. The project team has completed concrete pours on each floor and has begun framing on the 4th floor. Located in Lacey, Washington, the Hogum Bay Logistics Center is a new construction state-of-the-art industrial development. In total, this development contains three buildings totaling 1.1 million square feet. This phase of the project includes the construction of Buildings 4 (144,000 square feet) and Building 5 (155,000 square feet). Both buildings will have a 32’ clear height and 130’ truck courts. Breaking ground in August 2016, Stadium Apartments is a 220,000 square foot mixed-use building located in the Stadium District of Tacoma. Sierra broke ground on Phase 2 of the Portland Portal business park in June. The 22 acre site will have three warehouse and manufacturing buildings, totaling just under 360,000 square feet. Building A will be 110,000 square feet with 21 dock doors. Building B will be 47,000 square feet with 10 dock doors and finally the largest of the three, Building C, will be 202,800 square feet and have 46 dock doors. The Mary's Harvest and Sierra project team celebrated with a golden shovel photo as the project broke ground last week. The 130,000 square foot Portland Portal Industrial Center is being built for Portland based Mary's Harvest, located at 172nd Pl and Sandy Blvd in Portland. It will replace Mary's existing 45,000 square foot facility. The completed building will have a 30' clear height and 27 dock doors. This project is due for completion later this year.
