Sierra Construction has broke ground on a 9.6 acre site in Everett, Washington. Glacier Peak at Riverside Business Park will be a 201,534 square foot distribution warehouse located along the Snohomish River in Everett with exposure to I-5. The completed project will have a 32' clear height, 130' concrete truck apron, 38 dock high doors and 4 drive-in doors. This project is due for completion Spring 2019.

The Mary's Harvest and Sierra project team celebrated with a golden shovel photo as the project broke ground last week. The 130,000 square foot Portland Portal Industrial Center is being built for Portland based Mary's Harvest, located at 172nd Pl and Sandy Blvd in Portland. It will replace Mary's existing 45,000 square foot facility. The completed building will have a 30' clear height and 27 dock doors. This project is due for completion later this year.
