Located in Lacey, Washington, the Hogum Bay Logistics Center is a new construction state-of-the-art industrial development. In total, this development contains three buildings totaling 1.1 million square feet. This phase of the project includes the construction of Buildings 4 (144,000 square feet) and Building 5 (155,000 square feet). Both buildings will have a 32’ clear height and 130’ truck courts. Breaking ground in August 2016, Stadium Apartments is a 220,000 square foot mixed-use building located in the Stadium District of Tacoma. The building has 172 residences varying from studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units. Stadium is 10 stories total; 7 above grade, and 3 below-grade parking levels. Sierra broke ground on Phase 2 of the Portland Portal business park in June. The 22 acre site will have three warehouse and manufacturing buildings, totaling just under 360,000 square feet. Building A will be 110,000 square feet with 21 dock doors. Building B will be 47,000 square feet with 10 dock doors and finally the largest of the three, Building C, will be 202,800 square feet and have 46 dock doors. This project is due for completion Summer 2019.
Sierra Construction has broke ground on a 9.6 acre site in Everett, Washington. Glacier Peak at Riverside Business Park will be a 201,534 square foot distribution warehouse located along the Snohomish River in Everett with exposure to I-5. The Mary's Harvest and Sierra project team celebrated with a golden shovel photo as the project broke ground last week. The 130,000 square foot Portland Portal Industrial Center is being built for Portland based Mary's Harvest, located at 172nd Pl and Sandy Blvd in Portland. It will replace Mary's existing 45,000 square foot facility. The completed building will have a 30' clear height and 27 dock doors. This project is due for completion later this year.

Portside 55 North is just over 200,000 square feet of industrial development on 10.5 acres, less than 1 mile from the marine terminals in the Port of Tacoma. The project team at Prologis’ Georgetown Crossroads took a moment to celebrate on Tuesday, as the structural steel erection on the main, three-story section of the fulfillment center had been completed.Coastal Steel began the steel erection process in December of 2017, and was completed on March 6th. Approximately 5,000 tons of structural steel was used in the three-story building. Sitework began last year on this 135,387 square foot tilt-up commerce center on 7.5 acres in Gresham, Oregon. ‘Big Eddy’ has a 30′ clear height, 30 dock doors and 5 grade level doors with a 6″ slab. Located within in the Airport Way submarket the project is a part of a 230-acre master-planned business park development. This project was completed at the end of 2017.
Drivers traveling down E Marginal Way now have a different kind of view of Prologis' Georgetown Crossroads construction site, as the team completed the tilt-up portion of construction this week.The tilt included erecting 86 concrete panels, with the heaviest weighing in at 210,000lbs.
