New Lakewood warehouse for moving company


Sierra Construction this week was expected to start work on a 47,000 square-foot tilt-up warehouse at 7010 150th St. S.W. in Lakewood for Olympic Moving and Storage. Olympic will occupy about half of the building and lease out the remaining space. About 3,000 square feet of Olympic's space will be used for offices. There will also be a storage mezzanine. ‘Spec’ projects see life


In the clearest sign yet that the Puget Sound region's long-suffering industrial market is on the mend, the Benaroya Cos. is starting construction of a large speculative warehouse project in Sumner. Two other developers will soon follow with spec distribution centers of their own.
