Project Completion: SeaPORT Building 6 & ODOM T.I.

February marked the completion of SeaPORT Logistics Center's Building 6, and accompanying ODOM Corporation T.I.

Building 6 in the SeaPORT Logistics Center was constructed as a 324,843 SF double loaded shell building with 40’ clear.

Completed separately was a tenant improvement for beverage distributor Odom Corporation, which occupied the entire building. The build-out scope included 13,939 square feet of office including a mezzanine and remote shipping office. Improvements also included 48 dock levelers.

This is the 7th building completed by Sierra in the SeaPORT Logistics Center development for local developer Tarragon.
