Ribbon Cutting at Woodinville's Harvest Yard

Harvest (9)

The Woodinville's Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting event in the open-air courtyard of The Yard on October 17th, 2026.

Featuring a mix of retail, tasting rooms, restaurants and office space, The Yard brings over 100,000 square feet of possibilities to the Woodinville community.

As of early October 2026, the development was 90% leased.

Businesses within The Yard will be opening for customers in phases. The Harvest List has been created to help patron's know what is currently open, coming soon, as well as future events. Several businesses are welcoming visitors now (including Bong Bong Bar, as well as tasting rooms for Avennia and Grosgrain), while others have announced upcoming openings later this year (including restaurants Brass Steak & Seafood and Sugo Hand Rolled Sushi, tasting rooms for Gard Vintners, Cascade Cliffs, Matthews and Elk Haven, as well as Visible Coffee, Honor Pilates, King's Cigar Club and Matcha Magic).

Businesses opening in 2027 include Zirckle-Rousch, Cactus and Crawlspace Gastropub. Utah-based coworking company Kiln announced in September that they plan to deliver a 22,045 square foot coworking space with private offices, team studios, and fully equipped meeting rooms within Harvest. They have a waitlist available on their website, and expect to open mid-2027.
