Project Completion: LogistiCenter at Frederickson

Two speculative warehouses totaling 584,068 square feet were completed in April of 2026.

Called the LogistiCenter at Frederickson, the two buildings total 584,068 square feet.

Building A is 443,420 square feet with a 40’ clear, 3 acre trailer yard, double loaded dock configuration and over 260 auto stalls.

Building B is 91,728 square feet with a 32’ clear, 27 trailer stalls, 72 auto stalls and 135' truck court. 

In total the development is 40.86 acres. The project included offsite improvements for Canyon Pkwy E at Canyon Road E and 176th Street E.
