Central Park Tennis Club at 5820 125th Lane NE in Kirkland has undergone a 31,440-square-foot expansion. A new concrete tilt-up building with four tennis courts brings the club's total to 12 indoor and 6 outdoor courts. With Portland's tight rental housing market continuing to push new construction projects, Sierra Construction of Washington state has announced it will break ground on the 155-unit Prescott Apartments on North Interstate Avenue and Prescott Street on Wednesday, April 4.
