Project Update: West Woodland Business Center

Ballard’s West Woodland Business Center is taking shape.

The project team has completed concrete pours on each floor and has begun framing on the 4th floor. In the coming weeks steel erection will wrap-up, slab-on-deck concrete pours will conclude and framing will commence on the lower levels.

The 72,000 square foot four story mixed-use commercial building broke ground earlier this year. The building will have a central freight elevator to accommodate light industrial tenants on all floors. An area where parking is becoming harder to find, this site will also include parking for 46 vehicles.
