Sierra Construction broke ground on Bothell Apartments this month. Just blocks away from the historic downtown Bothell, this six-story 135 unit apartment project is modern, sophisticated and comfortable. The residential units range from open one bedrooms to two bedrooms, with private patios available. The project also has a secured parking garage with 137 parking stalls.
Amenities will include multiple community patios, a media room and lounge, a roof deck with outdoor fire place and lounge areas, fitness center and clubroom.
The project is anticipated to be complete Q2 2018.
