Project Update: Tacoma Gateway II

Sierra Construction and Ness Campbell have completed the tilt for Tacoma Gateway II in Parkland, Washington.

The 100-panel tilt (91 wall panels and 9 ramp panels) took four days to complete the 273,816 square foot speculative building.

Located on a 16.6 acre site on Spanaway Loop Road, Tacoma Gateway II will have 4 acres of yard with 230+ trailer stalls.

The completed speculative building will have a 36’ clear height, 61 dock high doors, 4 grade level doors, and over 150 parking spaces.

The project broke ground in November and is expected to be completed this summer.
