SeaPORT Building 1 is a 141,000 square foot speculative warehouse on a 7 acre site located in Sumner, WA. Currently under construction, this project tilted in September and project teams are currently installing roofing materials. When completed, Building 1 will have 30 overhead doors, 4 drive in doors and a clear height of 36’. INNOVA is the architect.
SeaPORT Building 1 is the first building in a multi-building, 100 acre industrial development for Tarragon. Building 1 is due for completion in early 2020.

New Project: Fife 4th Street Industrial
Sierra broke ground on the 50,000 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse in August. The 3 acre site sits just east of the Port of Tacoma.
