New Project: Gayteway Business Park, Buildings B and C

Gayteway Business Park is a new industrial development located in Arlington, WA just 5 minutes east of I-5 from Exit 206 NB, adjacent to Highway 9. The first buildings to be constructed in the development are Buildings B and C.

Breaking ground September 2019, both buildings will have a 24′ clear height with just under 10,000 square feet of office space and approximately 55,000 square feet of warehouse.

Gayteway is offering up to 1 million square feet of custom, build-to-suit, industrial or manufacturing buildings.
