Project Update: Marysville Corporate Center, Buildings 101-104

August marks the first of two tilts for Phase 1 at the Marysville Corporate Center. The four building, speculative first phase of the development broke ground earlier this year.

• Building 101: 55,970 square feet
• Building 102: 63,850 square feet
• Building 103: 73,880 square feet
• Building 104: 73,880 square feet

All four buildings will have a 24' clear height.

Sitework included completing the infrastructure needed for both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 is being constructed on a 15.1 acre portion of the site.
