Bridge_Point_Everett

The Bridge Point Everett 500 project includes the construction of three industrial buildings totaling 485,000 square feet. Panel walls were tilted in April for Building A (the largest of the three in the development), as well as part of Building B. Panel pours commenced in the following days for the final building.

Building A
• 278,506 square feet
• 34’ clear height
• 54 dock doors
• 130’ truck court

Building B
• 85,719 square feet
• 32’ clear height
• 25 dock doors
• 180’ truck court

Building C
• 121,458 square feet
• 32’ clear height
• 32 dock doors
• 180’ truck court

The 40 acre site was previously un-development, and required clearing and substantial sitework prior to breaking ground on building construction. When completed, the site will have over 500 parking stalls. This project is for completion later this year.
