Project Update: Gayteway Business Park, Buildings B & C

Buildings B and C at the Gayetway Business Park are taking shape.

Carmona Construction and Barnhart completed the tilt of 66,625 square foot Building C January 2020, and Tri-Star Roofing is currently working on Building B, which is 63,690 square feet. Both buildings have a 24′ clear height.

Gayteway Business Park is a new 54 acre industrial development offering up to 1 million square feet of custom, build-to-suit, industrial or manufacturing buildings located in Arlington, WA, just 5 minutes east of I-5 from Exit 206 NB, adjacent to Highway 9. Breaking ground September 2019, these are the first buildings to be constructed in the development and are due for completion Q2 2020.
